My Desk Space

Well in light of my last post, I thought I'd share with you where I've got up to with my actual desk. I think the last time I did a room tour type post, my desk space looked very bare. Since then I've put some shelves up (well I didn't but y'know what I mean) these are just the Lack shelves from Ikea. I just wanted something plain and simple and these do the job well. I love blank/ white furniture and walls because then you can build on them with pretty books and decorations.

Like I said in my last post, I wanted to get some prints on my wall and build it up to add more colour. A couple of pictures are from Pinterest that I've just stuck up there to help ~inspire~ my uni work. I then put up a few animal illustrations that I did ages ago and I just found them in an old sketchbook and though they were cute. And finally I attempted to make my own print - it's not the best and I do want to make some more but it's a start! Oh, and I've got a colour palette up there and my uni module plan (that I never remember to look at)

My shelves are a bit cluttered at the moment, but I kind of like it. I've just got a load of books on them and old notebooks. The shoe boxes are full of stuff like; old tickets and techy things that don't really fit anywhere else in my room. My camera's up there and of course a golden pineapple! On my desk, I just have a candle that I picked up around a year ago from Urban Outfitters, some pens, my trusty laptop and my uni notebook which is from Paperchase.

So yah, that's my desk - hope you enjoyed!
