Sephora Haul

I'm sorry this has taken me so long to post, but admittedly I was trying to put it off because the pictures just have a weird yellow tint to them. But unfortunately it's hard to avoid this time of year, bring on Summer!! Anyway...

One place that I was excited to visit whilst in America was Sephora. All those make-up brands under one roof was just like a dream come true so of course, I had to buy a few bits. First thing I spotted was the Anastasia Brow Wiz. I've watched too so many tutorials on Youtube where they've used this and their Brows have ended up looking incredible, so I just had to pick it up and give it a try myself. Second thing that got (carefully) thrown in the basket was the Becca Pressed Highlighter and of course I had to get the Jaclyn Hill, Champagne Pop one - I mean how can you not it's just the most beautiful highlight colour ever.

A powder has been on my list for ages now, I didn't actually go out to get the Hourglass Ambient Lighting powder (I got the Diffused Light one) but when I saw it, in it's beyond gorgeous packaging I just thought, eh why not?! I haven't tried any of these products properly yet so I can't say for sure wether they work or not, they'll probably be a post on them soon though! But I'm so excited to try this powder, if it's as good as the packaging it comes in I'm sure it'll be amazing. Last but not least is the pro-contour brush. I was amazed at the selection of brushes Sephora had and wish I could have bought more because their was so many. But I ended up getting this one because it just looked very versatile and especially a great shape for highlighters and powders. I also went to MAC and finally treated myself to Brave, which is the perfect nude shade with a bit of a shiny effect which is just great for me as I don't find totally matte shades suit me. So this is great and keep your eyes peeled because I'm definitely going to be posting about this soon!

So yeah, Sephora happend and it was everything I could have hoped for and now I seriously wish their was one in the Nottingham, or just somewhere in the UK!

  4. Do you not have Sephora in the UK? That is so suprising to me. I love the pressed highlighter from Becca and I'm interested in the MAC shade as I love nudes and I only have matte lipsticks so it's nice to try something else.
